How to demonstrate your reliability progress

You’ve spent much time and energy improving your service’s reliability, but how do you demonstrate it?

Gremlin provides tools to help you analyze and understand your organization’s reliability posture. Reliability reports show each service’s reliability score, the outcome of reliability tests, Detected Risks, and more. Gremlin also shows how your reliability trends changed over time and what contributed to the increase or decrease. For insights into your current posture, Gremlin also provides “What’s Running” and “What’s Scheduled” screens, which show currently running tests and future tests, respectively.

In this session, we’ll look in-depth at each of Gremlin’s reports. You’ll learn what they represent, what you can take away from them, and how you can best apply what you have learned to your own services.
